The oil is not coming at all. I tried it twice hardly any oil comes out when the device is being used. I tried reading manual and all but I don’t know if the product is faulty or what?

It came very well packaged and in perfect condition. You shouldn't use it too much to avoid damaging the roots, but a bit of massage is noticeable. For hair growth, I understand that constant long-term use is necessary.
